We’re excited to invite you to the first Black Out of 2026—an evening of rhythm and elegance with Tango Caliente and the Oklahoma City Philharmonic.
Black Outs are a signature Vanguart experience rooted in bringing Black community members together to engage with fine and classical arts in spaces where we have historically been underrepresented. Friends, allies, and art lovers of all backgrounds are welcome to join us as we show up together, expand access, and experience artistic excellence in community.
Tango Caliente is a passionate celebration of tango classics performed by a full orchestra and featuring four guest artists:

Before the concert begins, guests can also enjoy a live tango dance lesson in the lobby from 6:45pm – 7:20pm, making this a fully immersive cultural experience from start to finish.
